Salvation
Ask yourself
this question, “Where will I spend eternity?” As you answer, you must
confront yourself with brutal honesty! Pause and give complete
attention to the following verses. “For all have sinned and come
short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23) Now consider this.
“As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.” (Romans
3:10) Clearly, not a one of us is sinless!
We have fallen far short
of God’s standard, the standard of perfection. We are completely incapable of
meeting God’s criteria for getting into Heaven…UNTIL and UNLESS…we humbly repent
our sins, and accept, through sincere faith, Jesus Christ! Because Jesus
willingly sacrificed Himself at Calvary, was buried and was victorious over
death, His righteousness will be applied to our sin debt when we genuinely
accept Him! “…Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.”
(Acts 16:31)
Praise God, He loved us
so much that He sent His Only Begotten Son to die for each and every one of
us-----that includes YOU! Because of Jesus’ endless love and selfless sacrifice,
our sin penalty was paid by His shed blood at Calvary.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in
that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)
Nothing we do can earn
us eternal salvation! Only by calling upon the name of the Lord shall we
be saved! “That if thou shalt
confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God
hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9).
Humbly open your heart
to Him! Pray in sincere repentance, confess your need for Him, and you will be
saved instantly! “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be
saved.” (Romans 10:13)
Don’t delay, accept Him
today! Every tick of the clock brings you nearer to Heaven or Hell! It is your
choice!
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of
yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
